Confidence. Communication. Coaching
Communications skills and coaching for our young people.
Hello, I’m Rachel
I support young people in developing the key skills that are not taught on the curriculum but are key to their future success.
I’m a mum, coach and a communications professional who believes that the benefits of coaching should be accessible to those outside the boardroom. I believe that our younger people are among those who can benefit from coaching most. I offer coaching to younger people across South Manchester including Altrincham, Timperley, Hale, Wilmslow, Knutsford and Mobberley. Having worked nationally, across large organisations with senior leaders and teams, I now bring that experience to our younger people so that they can learn earlier, rather than later. My coaching begins and ends with the individual. Common coaching areas include:
Confidence and Self Esteem
These skills are not on the curriculum but that are key to future success.
The Communications Trust state that communication skills are central life skills that are linked to learning, attainment, behaviour, social and emotional development as well as mental wellbeing
The World Economic Forum states that in the 21st century, it is these, not just academic qualifications that will determine future success. It is these skills that are needed by students and most sought by employers.
That is why we are here.
We are DBS checked, Co-active trained coaches and members of the International Coaching Federation.
Right now, we are tutoring and coaching across video, telephone and face to face (when lockdown allows).
So drop us a note at email@example.com and we will get back in touch with you straight away.
Let’s prepare our wonderful young people to develop the skills they most need for success our in the real world.
